          [注意]1.在否定句中,not a little和not a bit的意思完全不同。not a bit相當于not at all,意為“一點也不”,

          而not a little相當于very,意為“很,非常地”。試比較:

          I’m not a bit surprised at his coming.

          2.a little可直接修飾名詞,而a bit要與of搭配才能修飾名詞,如:

          He knows a little French.
