3 no more than: only
not more than: 不超過
500 people were supposed to attend the conference, but there were no more than 300 of them when it started.= …but there were only 300 people of them …

4 call for sth: 為獲得…而呼吁;需要… call for sb: 去…家取某物或與其一同去某地 / 約請
