          [注意]1.這里的so后接形容詞或副詞或形容詞加冠詞加名次,另有固定搭配so few/many/much/little/等.

          2.so加形容詞或副詞置于句首引起倒裝

          [用法]關系代詞,引導定語從句,指代先行詞(人或物),在從句中做主語或賓語或標語

          [注意]定語從句將在后面的單元正式學習,相關句型在近幾個單元里會多次出現,請留意.

          [舉例]We started early in order to arrive before dark.

          [聯想]1.so as to...,和in order to...同義,但前者一般不用于句首

          2.否定式在to前加not

          3.相應的目的狀語從句由so that...或in order that...引導.

          [用法](此處)vt. 對待;看待,把...看作[O][(+as/like)]

          [舉例]Do not treat this serious matter as a joke.

          不要把這件嚴肅的事情當作笑料。

          She treated me all right.

          她對我還不錯。

          9>Chucks learns that we need friends to share happiness and sorrow,and it is important to have someone to care about.

          [用法]vt.1. 均分;分配(+out/among/between) 2. 分享;分擔;共同使用(+with/among/between)

          vi.分享;分擔[(+in)]

          [舉例]He shared with his friends in distress.

          他和朋友共患難。

          We shared in his joy.

          我們分享了他的喜悅。

          care about

          [用法]關心;擔心;在乎,介意

          [聯想]care for,除具有care about的意思外還可表示"對...感興趣","喜歡"之意.

          [說明]對這兩個短語,很多詞典解釋不一,界限比較模糊.

          12>The lesson we can learn from Chuck and all the others who have unusual friends is that friends are teachers.

          [講解]本句包含三個從句:

          we can learn from Chuck為定語從句,修飾the lesson,關系代詞that或which在從句中做賓語,可以省略.

          who have unusual friends為定語從句,修飾all the others,關系代詞做主語不可省略.

          that friends are teachers,此為that引導的表語從句,其構成和大家比較熟悉的賓語從句基本相似.

          13>My friend is honest.He never tells lies.

          [用法]撒謊,為固定搭配

          [比較]tell/say/speak/talk,其用法各有側重,也有各自的一些搭配,學習重要注意區分和積累.
