寫推薦信的十大技巧
1.看一遍申請人的個人材料或申請書，這樣你的推薦信才能和申請相吻合，而不會在內容上有所沖突或重復。
2.讓申請人給你提供更多的材料，如簡歷等。
3.描述你把該申請人和其他申請人對比的先決條件。
我已從教20年，過去五年來，我指導過大約450名學生的獨立研究項目。
五年來，我每年夏天帶10名實習生，同時還以大銀行集團(Big Bank Corp.)培訓老師的身份帶200多名大學生。
4.探討你對申請人的了解程度。
我認識Doe先生是因為我每周的兩次課他都上，而事實上只要求上一次。
史密斯小姐在大六會計事務所(Big Six Accounting Firm)升職前兩年一直直接向我報告。
5.選你所觀察到的申請人的一、兩個優(yōu)點。
